A 10.25-inch Android screen built for the Lexus CT

Your Lexus CT is a car you keep. The multimedia system inside it, however, has not aged as well — a 7-inch display, a mouse or knob controller, and no wireless smartphone support. This head unit is developed specifically for the Lexus CT (CT200h) 2012-2020 dashboard, and it turns that dated centre console into a modern 10.25-inch Android 13 touch screen without deleting anything you already rely on.

The panel, mounting brackets and harness are modelled on the original CT console. Power, CAN and microphone connections run through a dedicated plug-and-play harness, so there is no trimming of plastic and no guessing at wire positions. Whether your CT came with knob control, mouse control, or no factory screen at all, there is a matching configuration.

Everything you already use, left exactly where it was

This is the part most aftermarket screens get wrong. Instead of wiping the original Lexus system, this unit runs alongside it. Switch between the Android interface and the original Lexus interface whenever you want, and you will find:

Installation

The unit is designed for non-destructive, plug-and-play fitting into the original CT dashboard. The cables required are in the box, and installation guidance is available if you need it. Professional fitting is recommended if you would prefer not to take the dash apart yourself. Will this fit my Lexus CT? It covers the Lexus CT / CT200h 2012-2020. Simply send us a photo of your centre console and we will confirm whether your car is the knob-control, mouse-control or non-factory-screen version before you order.

Do I lose the original Lexus system? No. The Android system runs alongside the original system rather than replacing it. Your camera, steering wheel buttons, amplifier, air-conditioning panel and vehicle information all keep working, and you can switch between the two interfaces at any time.

Is CarPlay wireless? Yes. Both wireless CarPlay and wireless Android Auto are built into the unit, so no extra adapter is needed.

What about the reversing camera? Your factory camera works with the new screen. If your car has a factory 360 system, or you want to add an aftermarket one, an adapter box is available.

Can I still use the original amplifier and steering wheel controls? Yes — the original amplifier is retained and the steering wheel multimedia buttons control the new screen.
